90792- Psychiatric assessment with medical evaluation- 250

99213- Follow-up evaluation/management 20 minutes- 125

99214- Follow-up evaluation/management 30 minutes- 150

99215- Follow-up evaluation/management 40 minutes- 200

No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay. There is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.
